How to place your order:
You may place your order by calling 850-729-1205 or by faxing your order to
850-729-3366 or visiting our website at www.aauusa.com and completing
one of our order forms. Since most of our orders are custom made, please
call so we may assist you in completing your order.
Terms:
Normally, 50% deposit are due when placing your order and balance
payable upon shipping or COD when delivered. Cashier's check, money
order, Visa, MasterCard or Discover are accepted . Organizational checks
will be accepted upon approval.
Accounts with past due balances will have a finance charge of 1.5% per
month (18% annual percentage rate).
Return checks will be assessed a $25 service charge per check, per
occurrence. All prices are in US dollars.
Custom orders:
Custom made uniforms are not returnable.
Shortage or Uniforms Defect:
Uniforms are rigorously inspected during the production process. We are
striving for a zero percent defect rate, but we realize that an occasional
defect may occur. Should this happen, please call us as soon as possible
and our error will be corrected. This company strives for 100% customer
satisfaction.
